John shows how B2B buyer behavior has dramatically changed since the beginning of the Coronavirus pandemic. He shares enhanced and innovative sales strategies for CEOs, sales managers and salespeople. His workshop contains an integration of relevant surveys, studies and analysis by eight global consulting companies including lessons learned in recessions and how to effectively sell in the current pandemic/recession. These companies include McKinsey, LinkedIn, Forrester, Gartner and Harvard. He provides ten potential action items for CEOs and sales managers AND ten more for salespeople to succeed in the new world of virtual selling. He begins his 90 minute (or three hour) workshop by asking each member to share their biggest current challenge in sales, sales management or marketing. He then adjusts the content of the workshop to cover their challenges. The presentation can be 90 minutes or three hours. It includes significant interaction with members including break out rooms, small group activities, polling and member discussions and feedback.
