Mark Casella, the President and Founder of Coppertree, has been nationally recognized as an expert in helping families to create powerful legacies and to think strategically about how they want their family resources to support their pursuits of what matters most. Using Coppertree’s proprietary Success Mapping Process, Mark helps families to successfully use their family capital to make a difference in our world.
As a second generation co-owner of a privately held family business, Mark is uniquely positioned to aid families in addressing the particular challenges of multi-generational enterprise management and family legacy planning. Using his expertise in Organization Development and Finance, Mark helps families understand and employ all forms of their capital, including their time, knowledge, experiences, connections, and economic resources, all in pursuit of their goals for the present and future.
Mark is currently a Member of the Board of Directors for the National Underground Railroad Freedom Center. He is a Board Member for the Cincinnati/Dayton regional public television network, Public Media Connects. Mark has also been active in the community and nationally, having served as Chairman of the Board and President of The Society of St. Vincent de Paul. He also served on the Mercy Health Partners Foundation Board as Chair of the Strategic Planning Committee.
Mark holds a B.S. in Biology from the University of Cincinnati and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame Mendoza School of Business (cum laude).
Mark and his wife Mary live in Cincinnati. They have four daughters.
