Prior to founding TalenTrust in 2003, Kathleen worked at Kelly Corporation and CDI Corporation, where she grew the company’s Today’s Staffing Division 50 percent by turning major clients like Great West Life into $20+ million accounts. She also advised some of the country’s highest profile organizations, among them: John Hancock, MIT, Harvard, Lotus and BioGen.
Kathleen is the author of Solve the People Puzzle: How High-Growth Companies Attract & Retain top Talent. She writes a published monthly column and speaks frequently to CEOs about trends in talent and how to be strategic in selecting and developing their people. She has won numerous honors and awards and has served on several boards.
